With the advent of technology, we are constantly being bombarded by emails, texts and social media. The only time we have to process our thoughts and emotions is when we are trying to go to sleep, which can lead to insomnia. And while sleeping pills may help you fall asleep, it does not provide the deep sleep needed to restore the mind and body.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is one of the most effective treatments for improving the quality and duration of sleep. Quality sleep enhances cognitive function, supports emotional regulation, and improves physical and mental health.
